Nor Cal Top Dragster Rules

·                     We will follow NHRA Top Dragster/Top Sportsman rules

·                     Per NHRA all cars must have an engine diaper or other oil containment device installed.  All cars running 6.99 or quicker must have a wing.  All cars running under 6.50 or over 210 mph must have a full floater rear end.

·                     Nitrous Oxide allowed per NHRA Top Comp rules

·                     Cars & drivers must meet all criteria for speed and et, Advanced ET license and Advanced ET chassis required for 7.50 and quicker.     

·                     Quicker qualified car has lane choice throughout eliminations.

·                     Courtesy stage rule is recommended, no blue light          

·                     All run field with slowest dial-in being 8.19 (8.52 at Top Gun). Maximum dial up from qualifying is .20 and/or 8.19 (8.52 at Top Gun).

·                     Entry fee is $160.00 per race with $25.00 of each entry fee going towards the end of the year top five bonus money and $10 to administrative fees.

·                     A working tail light must be on when a car rolls into the water box of any night race. No cars will be disqualified if your tail light fails after your burnout.

·                     After a car stages in the first qualifying session, no refunds will be given.
